Just bought this while assembling my faculty regalia for university graduations. It is good! I love that it has a means to adjust. The material is good quality and doesn’t have elastic so no more elastic marks across my forehead! Definitely recommend.

It looks great, feels good, and looks like a quality tam. This does not fit my head as stated up to 24.4 inches. It will fit with the back unvelcro'd it may look bad with it not fastened properly but it's the only way it'll fit my 23.5 inch head.
