I called the company directly to find out which one to order that would be softer. I was told this was soft and would not hurt a person if I tossed it and it hit them in the face, etc. WRONG! This is hard as a rock! I don't think their customer service knows what they are talking about at all. I actually called twice and was given two different links to amazon by them. Both were hard as a rocks and I returned them.

As a property manager for a condominium complex we needed to have a life saving device at our pool. This size works for adults and children. Easy to hang on fence with the type of bungee cord that has a ball on the end.
