Your cart is empty.This heavy duty vise screw will allow you to build a custom workbench vise. The flange and threaded nut and built for durability and made from high strength cast iron with a black powder coat finish. The lead screw is precision machined to allow smooth operation when opening and closing. Lead screw is 1-3/16 inch diameter with single-lead Acme threads and 3 threads per inch. Clamping capacity is 18 inches (less the thickness of the jaw). Overall length is 21-1/4 inches. Will accept a 1 inch diameter handle (not included).

Very well made love the threads Very smooth and worth the money and cheaper than others that aren't as good I highly recommend this product for anyone replacing or making a wagon vise or woodworking bench vise you won't get a better quality vise for the money

Even if the price were more it would still be a phenomenal deal! The castings are well made and the acme threaded shaft a monster and smooth as all git' out right out of the box. I have some 1 1/4" stainless tube for stabilizing bars as I will use it as the drive screw for an end vise.

Longer than I needed (might be handy) for leg vise build but good price. Easy to install but note the screw diameter. I had to buy a new bit (darn) as it was about the only size I didn’t have. Four stars as there is a bit of drag that occurs in the same spot when turning the screw. Hoping this is just a break in issue as it’s doubtless a nut issue and not near bad enough to return nor uninstall to troubleshoot.

I bought this vise screw to retrofit into an existing front vise setup. The screw fit nicely through the existing holes that had been drilled for a Pony pipe clamp configuration. My preexisting setup already included complimentary steel rods on either side of the screw to minimize racking (a must for this type of use case), and these stayed in place. I had to grind down two sides of the nut to fit/mount on the back side of the bench apron for my particular setup. I'm very pleased with the end result, and can attest to the quality fit/finish and smooth action of the vise screw during usage. This thing gives a ridiculous amount of clamping force. Highly recommended.
