This was the upgrade I needed to upgrade my sons tao tao ata125d 125cc from the stock 20mm carb to the nibbi 22mm carb. No spacers needed. Direct bolt on. I just had to make my own gasket at the motor. No spacers or anything else needed. Tried with spacers but was fighting the smaller intake with jetting and the spacer wasn't the best clearance.
