I started a cafe racer/street fighter build, and let me tell you this seat is the one to go with. It’s comfy for the $$ and it looks uniform if you know what your doing. Of course it’s a $40 seat but really it’s worth the gamble. Like I said If you wanna take the time to build around something it always works out. I actually got sent a bad seat the material was ripped on the rear end, but after contacting the seller they went out of their way to make it right. And they did just that. This seat was a gamble but it turned out to be the jackpot I needed. Thanks TCMT!!

There are several Amazon sellers selling this same seat. Well... very similar. They advertise several different seats. The thing is that they all have the same base. So, I purchased this seat and it shipped fast and in good condition but, it is missing the rubber bumpers that the other sellers include. See pic. So, don’t buy this seat. Pay a few dollars more and buy somewhere else.

It sits great on my 1981 honda cx500 and is super comfortable, it takes some imagination to mount it. But it's super stable and great to sit on for long periods of time.

This is not a seat that just bolts up. I knew I was going to have to do some custom fabbing to make it fit just right. Installed on a 79 XS650 cafe. Came out just like I envisioned. Looks great on the bike and comfortable as well. Worth the money for sure.

I really like the seat. It looks like it will fit my 1983 Yamaha xj550 seca just fine when I get the hoop installed. The mounting of the seat needs to be a little more universal. I had to pull the upholstery and relocate the studs to make it work with my bike. Not really a fault though as it is easy to remove and re-staple and looks great on my cafe project.
