The relay worked great. I was able to wire it to provide full 6 volts to ignition coil while cranking the starter. That way it got full battery power with out going though a balst resistor dropping the ignition voltage. Once you stop. Ranking then the electrical current drops down to balsa voltage.Makes for quicker starts.

Relays are sealed against moisture. Used in my 1930 Model A to switch on 6v to 12v converter for headlights.

Worked perfect on my 6 volt positive ground car to rig up some 12 volt led trailer lights to a external battery to from a 6 volt trigger.
