It's beautifully made and feels heavy in your hand. It makes you feel good when drinking tea, and it's very textured when paired with it. The teapot seems a little smaller than traditional Kung Fu tea, but it's just enough to fill up after two pots. I can't put it down! Very good shopping experience

Product was well packaged and arrived intact except for a small chip on a teaspoon. I'll be keeping the box and it's great packaging to store the set if we move house.
