I purchased a set of these for our boat. They are very beautiful and comfortable. But the best part is the fabulous customer service. We received a defectively milked one in our set. I took photos and contacted the company. They promptly replied and sent a replacement. It’s so rare these days to find such good customer service and we very much appreciate it. Highly recommend this company and their products.

I bought this product several months ago for my new home at an overseas military base. While I love the solid wood the nuts/bolts things that hold the arms on are NOT good and have worked their way out of place on several occasions! Now I have lost one of those and cannot find a suitable replacement! I would be VERY dubious of buying this product if I were looking at it!

After less than a season outside, the chairs are falling apart. They are not teak. I have a teak love seat in the same weather and after 5 years it still looks new

Pretty good chairs, though I’m not convinced they’re really teak (lots of tropical hardwoods around that claim to be). My main complaint is with the fasteners/hardware. They look like brass, but after a couple of years it became obvious they are not. Steel rusted away and chairs began to fall apart. Fixable with new screws but a pain.

Got two chairs. Absolutely GARBAGE. One chair broke immediately upon sitting in it. Took it out of box, tightened the screws with a flat-head as instructed. Set it out on the dock of beautiful Lake Martin, Alabama. And the thing broke in about 4 places. The slats of the actual seat of the chair broke. One of the joints at the bottom of the legs broke. It was the cheapest piece of garbage I’ve ever ordered. Of course, Amazon says “this product isn’t eligible for a refund”. Admittedly, the other chair did not break and has worked this far (we’ve sat in it three times —- anxiously and cautiously). But, these are not well built and the one that broke was clearly DEFECTIVE as can be. Do Not be a fool like me and pay this kind of money for something you trust to be sturdy. It IS NOT.

Incredibly comfortable! I love them! Folding outdoor chairs are usually dinky and made of inferior wood, but this one is very durable and high-quality. I originally bought two. I will order two more.Be sure to oil - these are worth maintaining correctly.
