Swapping my gearing around to have some spares and that is what this was for. In the event that my spur gets roasted, quick swap out on the slipper to another and a gear mesh check. I haven't had one go, but I am prepared if that should ever occur.

The usual plastic/nylon Losi gear. However, does not include the friction pads needed for slipper clutch. Losi generally includes the pads on their spur gears and they only cost $4.99 in local Hobby stores. Not a good value with $3 delivery fee and a trip to local hobby store for the $2.99 friction pads. Total cost for this gear is $5.99+$3ship+$2.99friction pads+gas/time $10= about $24. BTW picked up a usual plastic/nylon Losi spur gear @80t for 4.99+.50tax=$5.50 while at the Hobby store.
