I noticed that some of them bounced funny and when I look closer, I found soft spots in three of them so far. It feels as if the inner structure is cracked. Since I wrote that, more of them have become duds. I'd give it even fewer stars now.

Got these for the dog, we need a constant supply as the kids end up throwing them over the fence or the dog ends up chewing them in the end. They last as long as they last and seem of good quality I just wish the neighbours would throw them back over the fence they must have quite a few by now.

Well, I have to say I was really excited about these tennis balls, especially since I didn’t have to buy a zillion. My review is based on my specific needs. I cannot speak to how well these balls work playing tennis. I bought these specifically for one of my golden retrievers who loves to play fetch with tennis balls. Unfortunately, these balls are a great disappointment. These balls split in half and become unusable and even dangerous within one or two times in my golden retriever’s mouth. The balls seem to split in half within the fuzzy covering. They can quickly become a choke hazard for our pups. I have to say, I won’t buy this brand again for our pups nor for our house. Don’t know that they’d hold up well against a tennis racket’s hit either.

Great tennis balls, but the photo is misleading because they do not come with that nice mesh bag- they are all free moving around the cardboard box. That's the only reason why I'm docking a star, since the product wasn't what I expected and we don't have a good way to store these.I have no tennis experience so I can't say how they are for tennis- I only bought them for my dog. The balls have a nice bounce even on our lawn, so they are good for what I needed them for. :)

I have no idea how these are for actual tennis. I bought them as a “ birthday” gift for our 12 year old Aussie. She is thrilled with her gift.

Here is a different review for ya. I don’t play tennis. I used these balls to make my dining chairs STOP making noise when I drag them to sit down. My chairs are AT LEAST 40 lbs each. And these balls take the beating. These balls are at the bottom of my chairs legs and they get draaaaaged around. It’s been 3 months. They’re perfectly fine. No issues. These balls are resistant!!!
