UPS broke all the bottles and I had to be refunded the amount. I have not ordered again although I love the product and the glass bottles. If they would pack them better I would order every few weeks. The glass bottle is the main reason I wanted these teas. I don’t want to drink out of plastic.

I’ve been butting these at the supermarket for a while and also recently purchased it here. Unfortunately, half of it came shattered. They need to have foam packaging. I use these for the liquid part of my daily smoothies.Here’s a trick to people who have a problem opening it. Use the backside of a decent sized knife and tap on the edges of the bottle cap like you would a tight jar. It loosens it up to where it makes it easier to open.

No way for me (and I'm strong) to normally open these bottles so I had to drill a hole through the cap. That's pathetic. The tea is good, but this bottling is unacceptable to me.
