I thought these were "hex", not "square", but will still come in handy somewhere, will have to see if I can find the "hex" type. Still, look like solid, well made drivers. Will come in hand for something, one can never have enough tools.

Works as expected. Adapters finished in shiny chrome plating. All of the adapters are designed to magnetically hold 1/4" inch hex shank bits. Product was sealed in a taped cardboard enclosure.

Like the build n contruct. Simple n hold on to the bits strongly. (It doesnt lock) tried with different bits. Feels good 👍

Excellent fit and finish. The sockets grab all my hex bits with the right amount of clearance— not sloppy and not tight.The magnets work fine but are standard strength and not rare earth. This means that with some kinds of bits like square/Robertson, the bit will get pulled out of the socket and left in the screw head. I’m not sure even a rare earth magnet would fix this, but it’d be better for sure.I get around this by using only power bits for Robertson and save inserts for everything else.Very happy with the socket but holders overall, but docked a star for choosing cheap regular ferrite magnets vs rare earth.

Application: 1/4” torque wrench for longer reach with long shaft mm head x drill bit with less bulk at the drive point. Recumbent trike has many attachments that are 3-8 mm.You ride a trike or bike a lot of miles connections can become loose making tightening to the torque specifications will help mitigate the issue.Quality made, and handy transition attachment for your tool box.Yes torque screwdriver is also desirable which receives the drill connection.

I need to hand drill a large whole on a metal sheet with cone drill bit. The drill bit has 1/4" hex connector. I need to use a 3/8" rachet to drive it. This one works well for the purpose. It is very solid and durable. I finished my project easily and the 24mm hole fits the conduit connector..

I just got the 1/4" drive version and it works great. Some of the reviews say it doesn't hold a bit well. I think they must have not pushed their bit far enough into the holder. It can take a little more effort than I expected but as a result the bit is held quite securely. The ball detent forces a tight fit and the bit is just held with friction. I tried to shake the bit out and it wouldn't move. The grip is much tighter than that of the magnetic bit driver I have. Still, pulling the bit back out of the holder is not a problem.

Primera vez que compro algo de Tekton. El adaptador/soporte esta muy bien fabricado y se puede almacenar en una caja de herramientas sin ocupar tanto espacio. La utilidad que le doy es poder usar las puntas de desarmador en una matraca.
