I got this for an eq mount for my Seestar S50. It's well made, nice finish and generally good machining. However, first problem, elevation adjustment was very stiff, hard to turn. The fix is to lubricate the curved rack and worm gear, it's shipped completely dry. Some silicone grease worked wonders. Second, there is a lot of play in the Vixen dovetail. Not a big issue, but be sure to really tighten the lock screw down. I 3D printed a spacer strip to take up some of the slop. Finally, said locking knob, as others have noted, is too big for mounting a Seestar, hits the camera base. Various solutions out there, mine was to get a 25mm M8 hex bolt and machine an aluminum knob for it. There are simpler solutions. Once you get everything mounted, it is quite rigid once you tigthten up the elevation lock and the azimuth screws. Be aware that the azimuth adjustment range is quite small, maybe 5 degrees. No big deal, just move your tripod a bit. All in all, quite happy.

The wedge arrived with no instructions on how to use it. I will look on line to see if any exist. At the moment I am debating whether to return it or not.

Nice product but missing the scale. I know its just a sticker but how was it missed. Now we need to fix it ourselves. So much for quality control.
