Okay, This one is going to be one for the fix stuff guys. I was in a situation where my heat exchanger failed on my furnace just before Christmas. Money is depleted. We live up North. What are we going to do? I have a gas fireplace, but it is manually controlled. Worse yet, we had a cruise scheduled and would need regulated heat for our pets who were staying behind and to keep our pipes from freezing.Here is where the product review part comes. I was able to convert our gas fireplace to a thermostat controlled one with this device. The STC-1000 Thermostat Controller was exactly what I needed to make my gas fireplace thermostat controlled. Setting the device was easy enough. Although in fairness I had to look up Celsius temperatures. This particular unit runs with Celsius temperatures. It was not difficult, I just normally use Farenheit. I am amazed that a less than 20 dollar part could work flawlessly for over a year. I am so thankful as well. This is easy to set up, easy to install and it kept me out of a tight spot. I couldnt be happier with this purchase. They shipped it to me right away and I am simply delighted.-John

Se uso para reemplazar termostato de perilla en un frigobar, su funcionamiento es simple, básicamente manda la señal “on” al compresor cuando la temperatura pasa lo configurado y manda señal “off” cuando llega a la temperatura configurada, a la misma salida del corriente le conecte un ventilador para que esté encendiera al mismo tiempo del compresor y tardara menos tiempo en llegar a su temperaturaEl sensor es largo pero yo no lo ocupe así que tuve que enredarlo para que no estorbaraBueno para control de temperatura hasta el momento (5 meses)Viene en 120vAC o 12vDC (cuidado al pedir e instalar)Adapte su plástico original para ensamblarlo y se mira como si así saliera de la tiendaEn general buena compra.

No function to change this to Fahrenheit. There are so many models out there that appear to be the same but vary.
