High mountain oolong consists of a high quality green oolong harvested from the mountains of central Taiwan. These tea leaves have been thoroughly roasted in order to create a tea with a luminous hue, elegant aroma, and mellow taste. The brewing way is to let the water come to a boil before pouring over the tea. For loose tea, use about a teaspoon of tea per 8 oz. Cup. Let it steep for about three to five minutes and drink, or remove the leaves (if using an infuser). As a rough guide, the higher the temperature of the water or the greater the amount of leaves used, the shorter the steeping time should be. The tea leaves should uncurled for full flavor. Whether you are at work or at play, this tea is perfect for any occasion. Net tea weight is 3.52oz (100g).

Since Ten REN tea is famous, I purchased this expensive tea, but surprise to me, it’s bad, taste like a cheap tea. I disappointed.
