I used this around my property to keep my dogs from chasing deer down the mountain. It is surprisingly very durable and has lasted in sub zero weather.

I will say that it isn’t going to hold up to something falling on it or anything sharp going against it, definitely not cut or chew proof. But for the price and to contain a mild mannered dog you can’t beat it. We just put up 330 ft attached to wooden posts and staples ever 10 ft with 2 10in tent stakes between every post and it would be hard for any dog to get out. We also do not have rabbits on the property to chew on the fence so it works for us

I have had this up for a couple months now, it seems very strong and should hold up to our 45 pound dog. Have 4x4 posts every 9 ft and stapled it to them. Will update review in a couple more months.

Perfect as deer fence around shrubs and small trees that the voracious deer love to destroy!Easy to install, virtually invisible (except for the posts.

This was exactly as described and looks great along our aluminum fence. We attached it using black zip ties. It was a labor intensive process but the end result looks great so I would do it again. Our beagle can no longer stick her head through the fence and is no longer at risk of getting her nose bit off by the dog next door. Win-Win.

Love Love love this fencing. Easy to work with, put it up with zip ties to keep my large dogs in. Should have bought stock in it. Several friends have also purchased it after seeing how it looks and worked for me.

So I got a new puppy and she's very smart. So smart that she quickly discovered that she could fit between the slats of the picket fence in my backyard and run wild. Well, I couldn't have that, so I purchased this Tenax Pet Fence Select. I chose the 5-foot version because a standard picket fence is 48 inches and I wanted to have some extra at the bottom. The fence is seemingly well made - black plastic mesh material that has approximately 2"x2" openings. It is thicker and has much wider openings than deer fence. It is light weight and was easy to put up - I just stapled it to my existing slats and posts. For the bottom, I used 12-inch sod staples every so often to secure it to the ground. Those suckers aren't coming up. All-in-all, I am satisfied with my project. So why does it not get a fifth star? Well, little critters like rabbits and squirrels can chew through the fence without too much problem. Accordingly, you have to be vigilant about patching holes. However, as long as it's fairly taut, it just doesn't seem like my poochie (who is a chewing machine) can get her mouth on it to really chew it and make a big enough opening to get through. If the hole thing worries you, then go with a metal fence. If you aren't too worried about it, though, I think this is a really good product.

I purchased this fence. It arrived a bit unraveled but otherwise it was fine. I installed about 320 of the 330 feet I would guess on 60 posts. 180 zip-ties and 177 garden staples later, I figured I was good to go so I released the pups out into their new sanctuary. They did great with the boundaries and didn't touch the fence at all. One is a 60lb lab, the other is an 11lb terrier. We were out there all afternoon. Some of that time supervised, some where I watched from a distance to see if they were behaving with the new fence. All was good... that is until the sun went down.Rabbits have destroyed this fence. In about a week's time, they have made more than a dozen holes in the fence big enough that the little dog could go right through with no effort if unsupervised. The rabbits are probably making new holes out there as I type this. The description of the products states "Tenax pet fence can be used for dog runs, back yards protection and as temporary enclosure." It gives reference to "performance and strength applied to deer and animal protection" and how based on this, they offer this product for us DIYers. In no way, shape, or form does this offer any level of protection and I must say, this is the level of disappointment that just keeps on kicking you. I spent a long time measuring everything out, making sure fencing was supported and attached properly and the bottom of the fence was secure. When I saw that first rabbit hole, I figured maybe they'll be done now and just use that hole from here on out to go in and out. NOPE. Hole after hole kept showing up along the entire length. That's the moment you realize you just spend a couple hundred dollar erecting a fence that does absolutely nothing. So, got on the chat with Amazon to see what we can do to remedy this situation. The next kick came when I find out that I now get to disassemble all the fencing and figure out how I am going to be able to roll up 330 feet of rabbit ravaged fencing into a manageable roll size. Now those 180 zip ties get to be snipped and those 177 garden staples get to be pulled back up. Regardless it needs to come down as right now it's just there for show. The best advice I can give is that if you have *EVER* even seen a rabbit near your home, I'd take a hard pass on this product. If you do decide to go with this product, hopefully your time and money isn't wasted in the same fashion mine was. Overall, so supremely disappointed with the results that it is almost laughable.*Update*Amazon came through and made it right. Now I will just need to look for an alternative.
