The Tender Leaf Toys Blossom Flowerpot Set is a gorgeous toy but it is a disappointing quality for the brand.I really like this toy and the idea of it but the toy is very delicate and wouldn't last the day with children who are rough with toys. I was expecting it to be stronger as we've had some great quality toys from this brand in the past.The flower separates completely which makes it a fun way for children to learn about flowers and recreate the flower growing in their play. There is a spare leaf and petal which is handy but I think I'm more concerned about the leaves or petals breaking rather than getting lost.The petals and leaves are attached by a tiny bit of wood which might be tricky for some younger children who haven't got the best hand eye coordination. These just slot in but some of the other aspects of the toy like the stem are connected by magnet. I don't find this to be very strong for purpose though as even when I tried to move it gently and not far to take the photo I have included it started falling apart.The toy is very pretty but I think it could do with being made stronger so that it can be better enjoyed by children during play.

On the face of it, this little peg and play wooden toy looks superb. It's wooden, sustainable, hand-me-downable and cherishable. Unfortunately, there are several finer details which make play frustrating for a little one: The magnetic stem isn't very strong, when carried, it easily breaks apart. The paint is not designed to be hard-wearing, especially for little fingers and the rough and tumble which seems to follow them around. The colours look worn wuite quickly on their favourite pieces. I found that the leaves did't fit well in the holes, as a result, they fall out easily.It looks better if kept only for display. But that's not the purpose of this toy.3 stars

Quality is not up to what Tender Leaf usually sales. The magnetic stalk does not stay together. The leaves and petals are flimsy.

It’s a very cute product but the paint transfers easily when using the clamp. It’s all dented and scratched up just after the first use. Not really worth the price.

Love love! My daughter loved playing with it. She was athletic to young for a and broke all the wooden pegs off the petals but my fault. Will by again when she is older.. being new some of the petals were hard to get in and out

My 26 month old loves this toy and can put the petals in, but the stem magnetic piece isn't very strong so when he carries it around it easily breaks apart. The paint is chipping as well and the butterfly colors are rubbing off. The leaves don't fit well in the holes so they fall out easily as well. )
