How to use it :
- Power off your Robot.
- Use a screwdriver to unscrew the bottom side brush.
- Then unscrew 5 screws on the bottom lid.
- Pull out the old battery and insert the new battery.
- Use a screwdriver to screw the bottom lid and the side brush back.

Replaced my original 5 year old battery in my iRobot j7+ vacuum with this model. The original battery used to last around 3 hours before needing charged. I have a large house so this was enough to do the main areas but if I cleaned the whole house it would need to charge in the middle. The old baterry got to the point it would last about 20 minutes. New battery fit perfectly but only lasts about 35 minutes before needing charged. It has almost twice the amp hours of the original (supposedly), so should last much longer. Not much of an upgrade over the old worn out battery.

I got this replacement battery for my Roomba i2, and it works perfectly! It lasts way longer than the original battery, so I can clean more of my house in one go.Installation was super easy, and I feel better knowing it has safety features. Highly recommend if you need a new battery for your Roomba!

Unfortunately seems to be an issue with the charging circuit in my i4+ EVO 'bot, so I can't say much of durability or length of charge. It did obviously have a charge when it arrived. If my 'bot comes to life, I will further amend this review.

My i7 was running on the original battery and was starting to have problems making it back to the dock. I replaced the old battery with this one and now it is running like new. The battery was very easy to install and dropped right in.I will update this review if there are issues in the future.

Revived a dying roomba! The weak battery causes the roomba to say it finished the job in 4+ minutes and return to the charging base. It is not a typical looking battery issue and the new battery returns it back to good condition.

Battery works great so far. Installation was easy with 4-5 screws. Easy drop in. Vacuum runs longer now which is great.

Installation was easy and I was able to swap this battery in my Roomba I2 in about 5 minutes. Removing the bottom plate also gave me an opportunity to clean the area underneath that does not get touched very often! In my pictures I use a screwdriver to point to the tab that needs to be pulled away from the battery to release it. The new battery was a perfect fit and added about 40 minutes to my run time when compared to my 5 year old battery. At one third the cost of the original Roomba battery it is an excellent choice.

My Roomba i7 is 5 years old and was still on the original battery. The scheduled cleaning was taking around 4 hours and 20 minutes to complete with 2:20 being cleaning and 2:10 for recharge and the battery would be nearly drained at the time it docked the second time. This battery is almost 2x the original's size so I had hopes that it might do the whole job without docking between. While it did not achieve that, it did charge almost an hour faster than the old battery did and reduced the overall time by just over an hour. The installation was a piece of cake - pop 6 screws out, slide out, slide in and put the screws back in. Good opp to clean those brushes too while in there. It would have been nice to have instructions on the replacement but easy to find a youtube video. Absolutely loving that the whole cycle time is shorter!
