In comparison to the hopper I used to share with my brother, this model definitely has the edge based on a few small feature improvements. The wheels are a nice little option for moving a hopper full of tennis balls, and the coiled wires on the bottom of the unit allow for a little more flexibility with picking up balls as opposed to straight metal poles. This extra functionality may not make a big difference, but is appreciated all the same. The unit was pretty easy to put together. It came provided with straightforward instructions and came with a little wrench for tightening the screws, which is definitely recommended to prevent them from loosening while in use.I did have to bend the arms of the handles manually in order to get them to stay in the slots they slide into, as they were a bit wide and came out originally. But so far it appears this was just a one-time adjustment that was needed.A very minor thing was that one of the company's logo stickers on the front was applied off-center and was sticking over the edge of the metal. Not a huge issue at all, and I was able to remove it and reapply it centered without any problem.Overall, this hopper is a great tool for gathering loose balls when practicing tennis, and I'd say it is priced reasonably for what you are going to get out of it.

This is better than my Wilson ball hopper. Not only is this large capacity but it comes with wheels to roll unlike the Wilson. I had a chance to use it a few times as the weather warmed up. It's stable and easy to use. The legs flip over and become handles so you can pick up the balls off the court without bending over. It's easy to carry and fit in the car or trunk just fine. It has a rod to connect the "legs" to help keep it stable. Great build quality and better than my wilson ball hopper.

I’m giving this item 3 stars. The assembly process was difficult with just one person as it kept falling apart trying to assembly it alone, plus it would have been nice to have written instructions included and not just photos. The handles did not attach snugly so when I tried to roll the basket the handles kept coming out. The weight and function are good and does serve the purpose it was intended for . I feel the item is a little overpriced because of its lack of sturdiness and durability. .

My kid's biggest complaint when we go to the pickleball court is that they don't want to go get all the balls after we are done. Now they are fighting over who gets to pick up the balls. Funny how a tool can change the attitude of kids. When the novelty wears off, I can rest assured that pickup will be easy on the back. I've not had any problem with it not getting the ball on the first try. Simply drop it down with slight pressure over a ball and in it goes. Easy Peasy. This is a must have for anyone wanting to hit a lot of balls on the court. I will warn you though, it is a bit flimsy. Made of thin metal. So if you do not treat it with care, I wouldn't expect it to last for a long time. Keep that in mind.

Beware of product. Came missing essential nuts for assembly and the instructions for assembly are some of the worst I've seen. The instruction sheet has pictures with no text and literally stops at the last portion of assembly, so you are left to guess what parts go where. Spend a few extra dollars and get a brand name version. Not worth your time.

I really enjoy this ball hopper. I use it for both regular and foam pickleballs, and it’s been very useful. It was easy to put together and has a few convenient features. You can stand it up at a good height for grabbing balls quickly, or fold the arms down to use it as a picker and carrier. The locking hook helps with stability in both positions.I had to bend the arms a little during setup to get them to feel properly placed. It works well, but when standing upright, it still feels a little rickety, so try not to bump into it. Overall, it’s a clever, functional design that’s been helpful for practice and pickup.

Not too hard to put together. A wrench is provided to tighten the included nuts. This hopper will hold a lot of Pickleballs. In one configuration, the hopper is set up with the basket off the ground, so you don't have to bend over to grab a ball. It is easy to pick up balls. It doesn't matter which side of the bottom springs you push against a ball on the ground, it will pop into the hopper. Again, with the long handles, no need to bend over to retrieve balls into the bottom of this. The wheels are nice to roll on and off the court. The wheels aren't as meaningful for Pickleball as for tennis since tennis balls weigh a lot more than Pickleballs. Now for the bad: After using this for a short time, some of the cap nuts started falling off. Make sure you tighten them down snug with a 10mm wrench. When picking up balls from the court, it started to get difficult. One of the bars on the bottom got bent and I had to re-bend it with hand. It was easy to bend, so this is an area for improvement. Also, the handles/stand side pieces started coming off. They are only held in by the spring action of those pieces. I had to bend them back in place, but they kept coming off. All I can say is to be gentle when using any feature of this hopper.
