… to hold the heat longer. It says that it is 0.5” thick, but it really isn’t. The edge has a border that is measuring about 0.5” thick, give or take, but most of the area of probably more like 0.25”-0.375”. It is nice handmade item and I don’t regret getting it. 4.5 stars because I wish it was a little thicker.
