Got this as a gift and they loved it. Used it for work and for both hot & cold drinks and they said it worked great. They also told me one morning when leaving for work, they left it on top of their car and backed out of their driveway and the cup went flying forward onto the ground. The cup didn’t budge and still had the drink in it. While some spilled, they were happy that the cup didn’t crack or break.

Despite one cosmetic defect where they don't come together at the seam.. the perfectionist will notice it every time. But it does it job and leaves no plastic taste in the water.
