My husband bought this for my daughter. She laughed and gave it back then told him the date is the wrong year. And since she attends the university, she's quite sure about the date.

Wrong info not sure where they got it but 1899 was the year established not 1903, Established in 1899 as the Southwest Texas State Normal School
