Terrific, tasty, timeless recipies. This book incorporates the Med diet philosophy with lots of fresh veggies and healthy recipes.

Not a fan of this book. The recipes and photos are good but there is no index of the recipes so if you want to make it more than once you have to page through the entire book to find it. Not including an index is a big blunder on the writer’s part.

Recipes are tasty but some what complicated. Especially good the eggs in cupcake pan but use foil cupcake sleeves to prevent mess

Whoever put this cookbook together thought of everything to help a home cook put delicious healthy meals on the table. I have made 6 recipes from this cookbook and each one of them was a delight for the tastebuds. And in addition to that the meals were quick to prepare with very little clean up afterwards. I collect cookbooks and have studied cooking for 50 years. This is my all time favorite cookbook. The efficiency and the flavors are mind blowing. I have prepared the pear orange muffins, roasted tomatoe soup with parm crostini, pork tenderloin with quinoa , shrimp and zucchini noodles, egg muffins and the lentil salad with salmon. Being so impressed with the cookbook thus far I discovered that there was a second book by Good Housekeeping with the same format and more recipes. I just ordered the second book . ( actually what I call the second book may have actually been their first book done in this format)The cookbook itself is highly organized, straight forward with beautiful pictures of each dish. There is a daily weekly menu with a grocery list for each week. The recipes are sectioned in the week they are prepared making the recipes for the week readily available. In addition there is also information on pre prep for the recipes. The Mediterranean diet is widely known as the healthiest diet. In fact it was my doctor who suggested that I try the Mediterranean diet. I can say that one does not feel deprived on this diet and that it satisfies the tastebuds without leaving you feeling hungry. I am a food lover and a volume eater. So from my perspective I am amazed at how satisfying this diet really is. I find that some days I do not even need to eat everything on the menu for that day. Truly this is an easy life style change . Well done Good HouseKeeping! The people responsible for this cookbook deserve raises, promotions, and rewards. 👍

I just love a good cookbook with lots of pictures and a spiral back so it stays open. This one is set up for you to do a 28 diet - which I am not doing - but I did want some good mediterranean recipes because its my new eating directions. This cookbook did not disappoint! If you like lots of pics and recipes you might actually make, this one is a keeper. Sure, you can stream recipes all day long. I still enjoy holding the cookbook in my hand. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. This is a wonderful Mediterranean Cook Book with easy recipes,the ingredients are really healthy and doesn't called for a lot of items to buy, it's pantry friendly.

This is full of a lot of really easy and great recipes. Some of them we've made multiple times because we've I loved them and they've been so easy.
