If you want to make a very loud noise with little effort this is for you. Acme are simply the best (I have 3 versions). Definitely worth the little extra they cost. The metal version is the best though.

Very powerful, even though it's not metal. A little ball inside. Comes with a nice red ribbon so it can be worn around the neck. Overall, very pleased.

Have just rec'd this well before due date too so I'm more than happy. It will be perfect for my needs and is small enough to wear around my neck all the time. I have vocal cord paralysis and no way of "shouting" so if I were to need help this whistle will be loud enough to attract attention. My poor OH however will have to get used to my whistling when I need his help...perhaps I should buy some ear plugs for him for Christmas lol.

Great sound for such a little whistle. Children in school LOVE it. Whistle keeps order and discipline (or helps 'behaviour management' as state schools now call discipline....) can't recommend highly enough and no need to buy a more expensive metal one, this whistle does the job admirably.
