The only complaint I have with these is that the cutters don't work very well. But the all the other tools in the set are great.

For a company that sells to jewelry makers, this product is one of the worst I ever bought in 16 years. I expected the tools to be smooth. They are so rough that I would never use them to make any jewelry. Returning this product. Extremely disappointed in quality.

I should have read more of the reviews and listened. I have large hands...like, man-sized meat fists! These tools are too small in my hands and not comfortable to use. If you have delicate, small hands these may be OK for you.

After trying two other sets of similar type and price and returning them, this set is a keeper. The plier selection is just right and each piece works very well for my purpose - vintage jewelry repairs. The only drawback is the length of the handles. If they were a bit longer they would receive 5+ stars!

This is just a handy set of pliers to have around. Nice for fixing jewelry and other odds and ends that need a fix. They seem to be sturdy and should last a long time.

Since I'm new to the world of beading I thought this would be a great starter set. If I had it to do over again I would have purchased a better quality set instead of being so cheap. The snipper tool barely cuts and it's no wonder seeing as the blade edges are pitted. I'm dealing with the set for now but since I ended up loving to bead will likely upgrade in the near future.
