I got these to go under a tunic for my 4 year old. These are too high waisted and also too short. Just didn’t work for us. Would be ok under a dress, but not for something that hits mid thigh

My little one loves to wear dressed and hang upside down on the monkey bars so these are perfect. She wears them under her dresses and all is good. They're pretty true to size.
