Love these shorts. My very picky 4 year old approves. We love the belt loops as he likes to wear a belt to church. They fit as expected and they aren’t too long on his legs. They wash and dry great! No wear or fading!

My 11 year old is usually in between a size below and the next size up. The size 10 was perfect, not tight or loose. And they are comfortable to wear.

If your kid is like mine tall and super skinny than these are shorts will work for you. These are all I buy for my son. He is 4 years old but fits a 2t-3t in the waist he is very tall so his old shorts don't fit like they should anymore. They are adjustable in the waist and you can make it as tight as needed. A childrens place pants are worth ever penny. I won't buy any other brand. He is 41 inches and weights 34 pounds. He can wear a 4t-size 4
