I've been looking at these cape/jackets for a while, so I was really excited when this one from The Drop showed up on Vine for me to try. I typically wear an XL to XXL, so I ordered this in XXL to make sure it fit. I'm glad I did because I feel like it's still a little on the small side. The arms are slightly snug on me. The fit is otherwise generally good and especially from the back this is super cute. From the front however I think it's slightly weird - the cape doesn't lay quite like it does in the model so I feel like you get weird views of the sleeves underneath. Maybe this is due to it being slightly small on me?My other quibble is that I got the hummus (khaki) color but it's browner in real life than it looked like on my screen, so it's not really great on my pale skin. I think the sea kelp (green) shade would have looked better against my particular skin tone. Generally my screen is pretty accurate to what I actually get, so I'm not sure why this was at different.Overall, this is really cute, definitely well made, and I think I'll get a lot of use of it this fall.

This cape is beautiful, but it is quite confusing to put on. It fits me perfectly, although it does cut me off at a weird angle. The fabric is beautiful, and the construction of this cape seems to be pretty sound. I have absolutely no doubts in my mind that this cape will hold up beautifully for many years to come!!!!

This cape trench coat is absolutely adorable! The photos in the ad don't do it justice. I've had capes and cape coats before, but I couldn't tell from the pictures what the sleeves looked like. I wasn’t sure if there were sleeves under the cape.Mystery solved—there are actual sleeves under the cape. Simply put, it’s a cropped trench coat with a cape-like flap over the sleeves. It’s super cute and will go well with casual outfits. However, since it's made of cotton, don't expect it to keep you warm. This is the perfect jacket for summer to early fall, more for the look than for warmth or functionality.The material is okay. It’s cotton, and it's thin for a coat. It's lined, and there's no strange chemical smell.For reference, I am 5'7" and weigh 128 lbs. This fits me loosely but is still flattering.

This is a beautiful cropped jacket that keeps the cold out while looking sleek and modern. The cropped design allows to wear it with almost anything, it is lightweight and easy to carry around. The comfort is great it feels nice to touch and mine doesn’t exhibit wrinkles. I think is a great value for a piece like this

This jacket looks JUST like the pictures--and I love it! It's perfect for my more casual work meetings when I want a nice jacket but don't want to go full blazer. I could totally wear it to random events/out with friends, as well. It's easy to move in. It's super comfortable to wear--my normal size fits well (I'm a S and a bit short, and the crop still looks good), and the material is soft. I'm honestly surprised how happy I am with this--I was worried about the fit, but it's awesome! I would totally recommend this.
