My clients loved these organizers especially the ones that prefer writing things down instead of saving it on a computer. The book also has folders where you can save receipts of major purchases.

I like the binder overall. We had gotten one as a gift during our first home sale so I wanted to purchase my own for the second. It is a sturdy binder but not all the holes are punched correctly. Some of the originals are off center which would make that folder stick up out of the binder. it came with makeshift holes punched so the folders can all be even. I’m not sure how that will affect the folder life. We used the last one hard and I’m afraid once we start filling it up, the holes will tear into each other since they are so close. Other than that, I don’t see anything wrong. Still usable and a great place to organize documents

The book is organized well. Some sections (especially the HOA section) could use a second pocket folder. The pocket folders should have reinforced holes because all the holes ripped once they were full. Overall a good buy. However, you should also buy a pack of page savers/hole reinforcers so you have them on hand.

I had so many folders and ziplocks with all the information that neatly fits in this one binder! I wish I had purchased when I 1st bought my home, but 20 years later I'm happy to have it so that everything is organized and in 1 place. Great idea. You can probably do the same with a regular binder and some folders but this motivated me to get things organized.
