I’ll be up front and say that I have no idea what I’m doing with this yoga stick. I am working to deepen my yoga understanding and personal development, which I why I chose this product. The build quality of this yoga stick is strong and durable. There is an included instruction/product manual that discusses the stretch ability of the wrap that is on the steel pole. Along with the stick is a carrying bag, which nicely holds the yoga sticks after they are detached from one another, which makes this easy to travel with. When I’m ready to use the stick, it’s easy to put back together by screwing each of the segments together. Another bonus is that the length of the stick can be adjusted by adding or removing segments of the steel. This product has upped my yoga practice, thank you.

This is a useful and solid weight-bearing pole that can be used for a number of purposes in fitness. You can use it to assist with more complicated yoga poses as you develop core strength and balance, of course. It can also help people with knee issues for things like assisted squats, to transfer some of the load off of your knees. And of course, there are some workout routines out there that actively use a handheld bar/pole as part of the routine - so this will suit those routines as well. The assembly is very easy, and the end result feels secure and sturdy. The texture has a nice anti-slip effect, so even if your hands get sweaty, you can still retain your grip. I also appreciate the inclusion of a custom bag to allow you to easily carry the disassembled pole, so if you need to bring it to the gym, it can travel with you easily.

The Huang Yunming yoga stick is made of sturdy steel that is 5 feet high and an adjustable stretching stick, providing flexibility, agility, and balance. Multi functional fitness stick with 5 steel pipesColor: RedIncludes a carrying/storage bag for disassembled sectionsThis stick is comprised of 5 - 1' sections of wrapped, threaded, steel tubing. The end pieces have a removable, curved, soft cap with an inner hard cap for outdoor use. The sections screw together easily. The wrapping is comfortable to touch, has a good grip and doesn't slip. It's well made, feels solid without being heavy. The soft end caps work well on carpet and wood floors. The inside end cap looks like it might be steel.First experience with a yoga stick. I haven't seen any in use either, so there could be operator related issues with my use. I've been using this as a balancing/feedback aid for basic single leg standing poses on my right foot (car accident, midfoot/ankle fractures). It's not as stable as a hiking pole and it can easily shift to destabilizing a pose. It seems like if I'm stable, it's stable. But if my form is poor, it's not stable.

Absolutely love this. Not gonna lie, I mainly got this because "Stick". When I'm in phone meetings, I just pick it up to twirl it around and such since I have it configured down to 3 sections while indoors.I don't consider this a con since this is how one would expect it to be for a metal pole, but it does rough up the hands and wrists when spinning it, depending on how you do it. So if this will be part of your use case, then I'd recommend getting some wraps for padding. Your hands get used to it after a while, but be careful of your wrists. It is metal on bone after all, ignoring the grip covering, and isn't designed for this specific purpose.Since it's not as lightweight as wood, it doesn't quite give the same feel during certain spins if that makes any sense. The rigidity and weight have their bonuses, though. It feels more reliable for supporting body weight when necessary, and it will improve muscle strength around the wrist and forearms over time. When using it horizontally across the back with the arms hooked around it to pop the back, there is no bend to it. Not going to be used by many like this, but it does show how rigid it is.If you need something that's genuinely of good quality with a sturdy construction enough to support your weight, then this should work. My husband is just over 250lbs, and it has no issues supporting him. If you just want it for a fidget toy, then probably better to get a wooden one unless you want the extra weight to work out your wrists and forearms as mentioned. This was 30$ USD at the time I got it. Its 35$ now. I know why it went up, and its not any more or less expensive then other products in this price range, but it feels a bit much. Even 30$ was on the edge of acceptable. That said, if this fits the bill for what you need then at least you know its not cheap quality. After having used it, if it goes missing or something else oddly unexpected happens to it, then I'd likely buy one to replace it.Pros:-Solid feel and weight-Thick metal tubes-Comfortable grip-Adjustable down to 3 sections-Connectors are adjustable for the center pieces (the outside piece connectors can't be removed)-Stick, but metal-Easily replaceable rubber endcaps to protect floors from scuffingCons:-Price is 35$, this depends on the purpose

I've never used a yoga stick before but figured it was worth a try. Definitely helps with balance training and performing stretches that may otherwise not be able to be performed. I'm not sure how useful it is to have this in segments that screw together, unless you are travelling with this a lot. For my home use it only creates extra points where the rubber does not meet that I sometimes feel with my hands. Other than that I do like the grip on it.
