With a normal rack, you would have to undo all the work you did and live with the old holes in your wall. With this rack's mounting system, you can simply slide the arms apart to your desired distance and voila! This is a high-end, premium quality rack. I had to search hard to find something this size. I only have a single pair of cross-country skis and I have limited space in my housing. I didn't want anything near the ground because it would probably be close to baseboard heat and my cat. This fits pretty well for storage of skis and poles plus hooks for any additional gear I would want to hang.

This rack was VERY easy to install, looks great, very good quality and perfect for my needs. Here is where I'm conflicted.... It's a very simple rack that is made VERY WELL and because it is simple, I would think it would cost less. BUT the quality of the wood workmanship justify most of the price. SO, 4 stars for value. Everything else is 5 stars. I searched pretty hard and couldn't find anything that looks as nice and that fit my needs for a lower price.

I have always had my boards just leaned against a wall or on a table for years. I just moved to a new place and have snowboards, surfboard, and a skateboard. I was looking for a solid mount for the snowboards, namely my wife's and mine. I have a pretty large board, and wide, and the rack handles it no problem. The center mount is the exact spacing for stud mounting; secure. Also, the rack points are adjustable and works great for all sizes. The bottom hooks are great for extra storage. I just put my motorcycle helmet on it, because why not.

My son was really excited to be able to store his snowboard on the wall in his room using this rack rather than leaving it on the floor. Installation was simple, and it securely hold two boards. Looks great!

I was somewhat reluctant to spend this much $$$ for simple wall racks, but I have to admit they are excellent quality and look great mounted with a nice simple,elegant design. I recommend using a stud finder to locate the studs in the wall so they line up with the 3 holes on the wall bracket. I ordered a total of 2 racks; 2 for skateboards and longboards and a third for snowboards. Having them mounted on a wall really cleans up the room and still gives easy access to grabbing the boards. The accessory hooks are nice as well. My only disappointment was there was no free t-shirt and only 1 koozie, but no big deal.

This rack will hold your boards or skis without much issue. The main downside is that the two arms only attach to a single brace spanning your studs. It is stable and holds quite a bit of weight, but there is some wobble in the arms because of their height and how they each only have a single point of attachment.

The rack is very well made and since I put it in my bedroom I'm really happy that it is so aesthetically pleasing compared to others that are out there. I especially love the hooks for my helmets and gloves. It holds my two boards with the bindings on very nicely. It was originally delivered without screws, but when I stated that in my review, they contacted me within hours and sent them to me the next day! Very swift and friendly customer service.
