Mug seemed fine, arrived broken. Not surprising given that the only protection for the mug was a thin layer of bubble wrap, but free to roll around in a much bigger box. 1 star because it was obviously poor packaging job, and this was birthday gift with not much time to spare.

This was a great deal and high Quality, but I ordered 2 cups one FSU and one LSU I only got the FSU cup not the LSU one, when I tried to get a replacement there were sold out and I had to go with a different cup. I was disapointed becaus eI loved the qulity and value of the FSU cup.
