Way back when this was first published, I bought a copy, love the book, unfortunately have misplaced it, so purchased a second one. Tons of needlepoint stitches, great diagrams on how to do the stitch , If you like needlepoint or stitching on a counted ground then this book is for you.

Because the book was written in the 70's the designs are too old fashioned for today (or I would have given it 5 stars) & it's American so some of the stitches have different names in British English (ie Americans call tent stitch basketweave stitch) but it is great on showing a large variety of stitches with good illustrations & instructions. Also a very good chapter on finishing & framing your work. Well worth buying if you enjoy needlepoint.

purchased this book to help with learning new stitches for a complex project i was doing it did the trick would recommend.
