This seems like a nice holder. I have a king size quilt that is heavy and it hung on this just fine. My issue is that its just too wide for my door. Too wide for both my bedroom and closet doors. I am disappointed, I would have kept it if it were a little narrower

I bought this to store my king sized quilted bedspread when not in use. It was easy to install and use, very sturdy and well made. When I first went to purchase it, I almost didn’t order it as it was a bit pricey because you also have to pay shipping fees. I am so glad I did order it. As you can see from the picture, it can easily handle a king sized quilt.

I used to drape 2 antique quilts over my door for decoration. An old cat who started biting guests meant that I had to take those quilts down so I can shut him in my bedroom when we had company. Now I can still display and enjoy my quilts. The door shuts easily and the whole setup looks great!

I ordered this because quilter Pat Sloan stated it as a favorite of hers. Now I know why. It's great! It was so easy to install atop my closet door. It is very sturdy and nice looking. I have a quilt hanging on it. But, I also use it to hang parts of my quilts that I am in the process of making. Great for those long strips or rows. I am so happy I have this as both a way to display and to organize!
