Out of the last 3 clarinets my son has gotten, this one has been the best, but we ran into some issues with a crack in the neck. We didn't think it would be able to be fixed but with talking with Rachel and Rich, they were extremely helpful, and my son was able to get a replacement. I would defiantly recommend Music Medic.
