I'm noticing that the decorative embroidering is coming off in many ugly loose threads. I trimmed them and that seems to of helped, but I think this may be a bad sign of this item's quality.

Great looking product and arrived within the delivery period they provided.Buy one to two sizes larger than you wear. Rmember that it's easier to have a tailer take it in then let it out.This comes with no extra buttons and they fall off extremely easily. I lost one completely before I noticed and 3 more that I kept to sew back on after the first time I wore it. Since they provide no extras, reinforce the buttons before your first wear.

A bit smaller than I expected (or I'm a bit bigger...). Also, in the proper style for the Victorian Age, which is, to say, much shorted than expected. It ends at the waist, not the hips like today's style, so you will need properly cut, high-waisted trousers to match. Was not expecting that, but I consider it a feature, not a flaw. Beautiful workmanship, would buy from A Pirate Dressing anytime!

Fits amazing! Looks even better in person! The gold really pops on the royal blue, and looks great in my prince charming costume! Runs comfortably snug for the sizing so if you have a big chest or gut I would suggest getting one size up to be safe!

Compared to other companies this particular period costume piece is very reasonably priced. However, when I received mine the embroidery on the front was already pick and unraveled or as to make it unsuitable for a gentleman to wear. I will have to put it aside for when ever I might need a distressed period costume.
