About this item

  • Extreme Thermal Conductivity: With a thermal conductive value of 15W/mK, Nab Cooling’s thermal pad promises extreme thermal conductivity and reduces the temperature of a system to a great extent.
  • Easy installation: Unlike other thermal adhesives, the NB Supermax cooling pad is super easy to use. Just remove the plastic film, paste it on the surface, gently press, remove the film from the other side and install the system.
  • Non-electrical conductivity: This silicon thermal pad GPU contains no metal and hence, is non-electrical conductive, which makes it safe to use. It won't cause any short circuits within the CPU.
  • Wide operating temperature range: NB Supermax thermal adhesive pad has an operating temperature of -60℃ to +220℃, making it compatible with a wide range of applications such as chipsets, laptops, GPU cards, and microcontroller units
  • Safe to use: This thermal gap filler comes in 5 different thicknesses and is non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-curing, and odorless, making it super safe to use. Additionally, it won't wear, is anti-static, and is fire-retardant. All these qualities make it an all-in-one package.

I installed this on my GPU, as per manufacturer standards, correct size etc.Made zero temp reduction whatsoever and a waste of my money. I bought 1.5 w/mK garbage tier pads from Jaycar just to keep my GPU going while these came in, replaced them, absolutely no difference at all. I'm quite surprised to be honest. I was expecting at least a 10 degree drop but instead, these are as bad as products that barely qualify as thermal pads.

Not bad but it’s small.

Great value, works well with keeping the vram on my rtx 2060 cool. It lasted until i upgraded, the thickness is correct.

product was harder than most thermal pads I've purchased, had small rips on the sides, not a flexible thermal pad either.

I bought a used graphic card, and while it was in great shape, this card is known for running warm. I brought it home, and started running benchmarks. On Time spy, it would peak at 87C, which is too high. I bought these pads, and reposted the gpu as well. The temperatures went down to 71C peak, and increased it score as well.I will buy these pads from now on. They are amazing!!!!

Cut to the size you need, i used it for the memory and vrm's after re pasting CPU/GPU, used 1mm and it was perfect size. (Asus Strix laptop GL503). I highly recommend these as they have a high heat transference rate.

I replaced the pads on my Zotac Trinity OC RTX 3090 as well as the thermal paste due to really high temperatures.I used Gelid Pads on the die side, and NAB Pads on the backplate side. (Pretty sure they come from the same factory)The pads worked out greatI would however not recommend 3.0mm on the backplate side for this specific card, the original pads are only 2.0mm. 2.5mm should be better. The 3.0mm bend the plate a little more than I would like. Though this is not an issue with these pads, this is simply due to a lack of information online.See the MAX temps in the photos. The Temperatures are after running MSI Kombustor for 10 Minutes.Photo 1: Before Thermal Paste and Pad ReplacementPhoto 2: After Thermal Paste (ID Cooling) and Before Pad ReplacementPhoto 3: After Thermal Paste (TGK) and Pad Replacement

I have a rtx 3080 Ti founders edition, and memory junctions temps maxed out at 102 degrees before. I saw these pads mentioned in a youtube review where they installed a couple of different brands of thermal pad in the same gpu and compared the temps. The NAB pads did slightly better in the review than the GELID pads that everybody raves about. I installed 1.5mm pads on the front of the card and 2mm on the back. My memory temps now max out at 78-80 degrees, so I am quite happy.Bonus is that you get more pad in the package than the GELIDs, and they cost less too.

I believe I did order "Nab Cooling" thermal pad, but what I received seems to be an item from aliexpress or something. Despite all this, I did test them on one side of my 3090 and they actually perform better than stock.

Put these on my 3090 to help with crazy VRAM temps after seeing videos about potential issues. I went to a cheaper brand first and they dropped temps 4-6 degrees C over factory, awesome. Then I watched a video to see what brands are best, and this one came out close to the top relative to what they cost. I swapped to these and dropped another further 2-3 degrees C. My suggestion is to buy a better brand up front, and get the overall benefit of better performance without buying twice. Small for the peace of mind that your memory isn't going to cook itself without going full water cooling.

I'm absolutely shocked at how well this worked. I wasn't expecting a simple thermal pad replacement to make this much of a difference, but figured it was worth a shot. I'm glad I took the chance because it totally fixed the issue. The VRAM temperature was heating up to between 108-110 C, which is way too hot. Once I replaced it with a 2mm pad, I stacked 1mm pads, the temperature dropped down to around 88 C. When I got in there to replace the pads, it looked like the factory pads had poor contact, which can definitely account for the overheating. Replacing the pads was a breeze. I'm glad I did this because it will definitely extend the life of my expensive graphic card.
