I bought this paper to go with my portable heat printer. The quality of the printing wasn’t the best especially considering that this paper is pricier than regular print paper. The ink looks pixelated which can be due to my printer or the paper or even both.

I have to say that this paper prints good quality copies and can be used with the phomemo thermal printer. I like the paper since you can print on the go and can come in handy when you need to print documents.

Notice: This product was received at no charge as part of the Amazon Vine program but this is an unbiased review.This is OEM paper from the Betife store is to use in their thermal printers. Betife has a line of thermal printers that are portable and easy to use. They offer the printers in black, white, and pink. You can find other similar printers from Phomemo and Brother. This paper works in all of these brands.There are two sizes of the thermal paper, regular letter which is 8 ½ by 11 inches and that is what I’m reviewing here, and an A-4 size, which is slightly bigger than this letter size. Some thermal printers are configured to use the A-4 size, but they can also use letter size paper. The Betife printers use the letter size, but make sure you get the correct size if you have a different brand and model. The Betife paper comes in a package of 100 sheets or a 200 sheet size. The 200 sheet is a much better value.For anyone who’s not familiar with the thermal printers, they are a different kind of printer that uses no ink, but rather the image is made using a thermal process. It means the printer will only work with this paper, and not regular copy paper.This paper works perfectly in the Phomemo printer I use. It comes well protected in the packaging so the paper is smooth and clear, and the paper prints out sharp and clean.If you’ve used these kinds of printers you’ll know that compared to copy paper, the thermal paper feels thin and it will crease easily if you’re not careful. The paper also has a limited life span of about 10 years, then it fades. You also need to be careful of exposing it to bright sunlight, that will make it fade as well.But many people swear by these printers since they’re much more portable than regular printers. So if you’re a student and need to print an article to read for class, or you’re a business traveler and you need a document for a meeting, this will fit the bill. Because if you need to print a document from your phone right now, having a small portable printer can be a real convenience.

This paper is required for thermal based printers like the M80F.The sheets can only printed on one side, and the back is labeled clearly.These sheets are thin and somewhat flimsy though they are stronger than traditional fax-roll paper. The sheets take creases and folds easily.I keep mine in a box designed to hold printer paper and it protects them better than the box they are shipped in.For all that this paper is expensive and fragile, it works well in the printers that require it.

Clear print, easy to feed, and nicely packaged to keep it contained until you need it.By its very nature, thermal paper will usually be lighter weight than your average nice, 24lb office paper. But it's sturdy enough to hold up to lots of handling.Thermal paper tends to be a higher price point than average office paper, but the portability of the printer, time saved, and convenience more than makes up for this. Likewise, I'm able to print very specifically, so it's not a situation where I dump a document to the printer in the other room and discover later it printed the 4 blank pages at the end that were numbered because I was hurrying and not paying attention. Thermal printing page by page will save some paper because it's all quite intentional - you're feeding it and you can stop feeding it!Works great - I'm happy to have an easy, portable solution.
