About this item

  • Thermalright is a Taiwan brand with more than 20 years of development. It has a certain popularity in domestic and foreign markets and has a decisive influence in the player market. R & D product lines include: CPU air-cooled radiator, chassis cooling fan, thermal conductive silicone pad, thermal conductive silicone grease, CPU fan controller, anti falling off mounting bracket, support mounting bracket and other commodities.
  • This fan hub supports the installation of 8 groups of ARGB fans, making it easy to manage wiring. Strong paste installation mode, convenient SATA power line direct transmission, and safety is guaranteed.
  • Built in strong double-sided sticker, fixed on the chassis with double-sided sticker. SATA power line direct transmission, more concise and more efficient. Maintain stable output under high load.
  • Support fan speed reading and PWM Fan regulation. (due to the limitation of PWM mainboard IC reading principle, only the speed of a single fan inserted into the red interface is recognized).
  • Small body, large capacity. Multi line management and control, keep the cables neat, support ARGB fan, ARGB light bar, etc., and synchronize the light efficiency of 5V 3pin interface equipment. (Note: the + 12V 4Pin RGB interface device is not supported! Do not insert! Please pay attention to the arrow marked on the ARGB equipment plug and insert it in the direction of 5V. If the insertion direction is wrong, there is a risk of damaging the equipment.)

Works great, ive bought several now and have never had any issues. Have always been happy with buying this product.Be aware, this product does not let you control RGB individually. It is only meant as a splitter with one fan control setting being copied to the others -- fan speed and RGB

The plastic case of the product seems a little cheap, but it's not brittle. That's to say don't try bashing it against anything though, it can still break. I had some trouble fitting it into my case, but it's a small 3rd party case that a little elbow grease couldn't fix.I got everything plugged in and the fans are spinning, I'm able to control the speed, etc. But the ARGB is not working. I went to change the settings in my software, changed to the other ARGB headers on my motherboard, but they don't work. RGB isn't a big deciding factor to me, since they are off for most of the time, but there's a few times I like to have my RGB turned on and just look at it. I may just daisy chain my fans directly to the header if I can't get it figured out.EDIT: I unplugged the ARGB cables from it to connect them directly to my motherboard.... the ARGB works now, but the fans that are still connected to the controller do not. I'm going to return this.

I went in expecting a simple ARGB fan hub, but what I got was the fan hub equivalent of a superhero in spandex. The Thermalright ARGB Fan Hub is like that unassuming guy in the corner who suddenly reveals he's been a secret ninja all along. The build quality? Solid as a rock. This little hub feels like it could survive a drop from space and still keep my rig glowing like a rave party.Installation was smoother than butter on a hot pancake – no confusing cables or weird wizardry required. Just plug it in, and bam! It's like the Northern Lights decided to take up residence in my PC case. Even my motherboard started feeling a little jealous of the attention this hub was getting.Honestly, I’ve never seen my fans this synchronized. It’s like they formed a K-pop dance group and are performing their hearts out just for me. And the ARGB? Pure magic. It makes my PC look like it’s auditioning for a sci-fi movie. So, if you want your PC to shine brighter than your future, grab the Thermalright ARGB Fan Hub. It’s way better than expected and brings the kind of quality that would make a Swiss watchmaker nod in approval.

I ended up buying this because I needed a hub for my extra RGB fans. It does the trick and it accommodated my fans well with room to grow should I need it. All it took was a little pre-planning and finding a place to position it.I have only one "major" issue and that is the use of double-sided adhesive strips to stick to the case. While it certainly works, I have concerns. Namely: "how long will it stick before it wears off?" and "will it leave residue behind if I replace it with something else?"For the time being, it's a moot point, but I would have liked to have seen another option or two for installing it. Still, considering the failure of the Corsair hub I replaced this with to magnetically stick to my case....perhaps it's the lesser of two evils. In the end, if you are using Thermalrite Fans and need some extra ports, this did the trick for me without issue and for a reasonable price.
