I bought this to top install in my new build. For the price, I was a bit skeptical, but I'm on a budget, so I purchased it anyway. When it arrived, I unboxed it, laid everything out to make sure I had all the components, and carefully inspected the unit itself to make certain there were no visible defects.My system is AMD, so I took the mounting package and began my install. It only took about 30-35 minutes to hook up. Mine is a snow unit and it looks great in my black Thermaltake Tower 500. I was very impressed with its cooling. For me, it's perfect because my temps range between 28 - 32 degrees celsius all the time.It's quiet -- very quiet -- no pump noises or gurgling. It's a very efficient AIO that performs very well, much better than some of the pricier ones I've used in the past. The plus (and minus) for me is the LCD screen. While it works well and is beautiful, it sometimes disconnects and I have to go into my case un/replug the screen.If I had major complaints, there would be two: 1) the software is horrible. It's really buggy and sometimes won't let me connect to the AIO. Then there are times when it lets me connect, but won't let me download any of the preinstalled skins. i tried un/reinstalling the program several times using the latest software version, but nothing. Then, after about nine days, it started working. BUT... I could only use a few of the preinstalls.2) Customer service is a joke. When I started having issues with the software, I contacted CS several times. The first time I reached out to them, I heard nothing for eight days. I reached out again and got a print out from a rep that was about how to use the software once its installed, but there's nothing detailing how to troubleshoot issues. I contacted them again to tell them that what I received did not address my issue. I haven't heard from them since.Silver lining: If you have clips or photos of family and friends, they can be used on the display, and they WILL play for the duration of the clip. Just remember to cut and save them. Just go to the settings in the software, upload the clips or images, cut adjust them (you'll see the icons underneath the preview pane that will allow you to adjust height and width), then there's an icon the resembles a pair of scissors. Click that to cut. The image or clip will then play in the preview pane and on the display. Rename it, save it, DONE.The AIO is lovely, and presents no issues. It really does cool well, and is well worth the money I paid for it. Would I recommend it? YOU BET, to ANYONE. It's cheap pricewise, but not cheaply made.

The cooler is working great. Except the screen is just dead. I've checked the power to it several times and it's all working..even swapped other sata power cables that i was using to make sure and it just won't turn on. So hoping customer support gets back to me then I will update my review then.Update: after several of emails back and forth they were able to help me narrow down the problem. As you can see in the photo I was able to use my own type c cable and run it to the back of my motherboard. Their provided white cable didn't work but that's fine. My total review is 4.9 stars, just sad I got a faulty cable. The cooler itself is still working great and is very quiet.

ThermalRight just keeps knocking it out of the park with products that are very high quality at a very budget price. This beast of a cooler is no exception. Looks-wise it has a stunningly beautiful 2.4 inch LCD display that if was sold by a big name manufacturer would cost twice or even 3X as much. Get ThermalRight products now while they are looking to establish market share FTW!

Great cooler especially for the price. Feels and looks quality. Keeps my 9800x3d under 60c, never seen it really go above 55c.

Do not buy. I purchased it in January. It started making a humming sound, so I contacted customer support and did troubleshooting. My rad is top-mounted above the pump. I uninstalled it, tilted it, and shook it to see if I could get air to move. I set it for a static 65, and the noise went away. When I got up this morning, the pump was doing the same thing, only louder and more high-pitched. Pumps are not quality. Stay away.

This cooler is very slick, it’s bright white and definitely looks and feels like high quality materials. The display is so cool! It has way more options than I thought it would, and the quality of the image is very good. Once you download the software, you can customize it extensively!
