I'm using it bc I used it and I strive to be a person of integrity meaning I couldn't return something I put between my thighs. I have to squeeze and hold to feel any srain on my muscles. It feels like it doesn't have enough tension. Plus it super uncomfortable in the recommended positions. It's hard and uncomfortable.

Item is very difficult to use. I'm an older woman and just might not be up to using it on a regular basis. I guess if you can use it, it would work:)

It showed up quickly and looked as advertised. It is a great workout for the arms in many different ways. I can put between my thighs and use that way but it pinches if I'm not careful, any other way (like behind the leg) it pinches me no matter what and it's too big for me to close my leg in on it even if it didn't pinch. I am 5'5" but I have a short torso and my legs are on the longer side for my height... is have to have really long legs to use it on my but or outer thighs as advertised.

Can't change level of tension and it's not more than maybe 10lbs if that. Have to do a lot of reps with the lesser tension.
