These needles are fantastic for bullion and cast on stitches! The eye is large enough for several strands of floss, but it is narrow and smooth. Slides right through all of the loops with ease. So glad I discovered them!

These are fabulous needles for embroidery. Bullion knots slip right off the needle like it was teflon. They feel good in the hand. Excellent needles.

I'm so happy with these needles! Nice and strong, extra long and smooth. My older hands can't manipulate really small needles easily, so I find these to be much better to work with. Packaging is extra cute, as well!!!

These particular needles , bullion, are the best for the bullion stitch in embroidery work. The thread glides through all the way and doesn’t get stuck at the tip because the the needle is the same thickness the whole length. The way these needles, Tulip Hiroshima, are made is they are polished along the the length of the needle rather then around the needle which makes the needle glide through the fabric more smoothly.
