Very cute. Can switch styles easily (love that) and are a little longer so if your nose is slimmer it might be a little long.

Snug fit but still enough space to not be tight ! Easy to put in just use some tweezers. I love that you don’t have switch out the post u can just swap the tops out. Better than L shape or Bone jewelry

I have a big ole schnoz and they work perfect. There is a variety of flat and rounded and gem stones or the lil pokey ones. I have been using these for probably 2 years..? So If I didn't loose the top bit when I switched them I wouldn't have had to purchase a second pack.

These are very cute and easy to use - after getting the base in your nose. I wish that an insertion tool had been included. I've kept the same base and switched out the heads, I've tried three so far, and one of those fell out. I'm hoping that loss was a fluke, but based on other reviews, I wouldn't count on it.However, in comparison to other reviews, I didn't have a length issue when using them for my nostril piercing. Some people said they were too long, but I don't find them to be too long :)

These gave me some wicked nasty piercing bumps. Only started healing once I switched to titanium jewelry.
