I am very pleased. Expensive, but as advertised. Complaints about temperature or wrinkles are unfounded; That's what high thread count all natural cotton fibre sheets are like. I have had many sets in my life, and these are quite good. No plastic in manufacturers or delivery packaging made me happy.

Lo más que había tenido eran 1200 hilos, pero 1600 si hacen mucha diferencia, es como dormir en algodones. Se lavan bien, aunque no usé secadora por si acaso. Dos lavadas ya y como nuevas

I tried the 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets from the same brand before. They already felt great, and started feeling really soft after 10-12 washes or so. But these 1200 thread count Supima cotton sheets, that's something else ! Like the 800 thread count they get better over time as you wash them, but they were amazing from the first day. You can say that they feel like velvet, or silk. It's a little different, but it very soft and nice to the touch yes. I live in Florida and I appreciate that they keep you warm but let you breath, no sweating !I am never sleeping with anything else !I bought several sets in different colors and sizes. A problem with the brand in my opinion is inconsistency. The first inconsistency is with sizes. Not one set has the same size. The Queen size is usually too short on the width but it's too long, and the King Size is often way too large but almost not long enough. I have 2 King sets and the widths are not the same at all. The Queen Size pillow covers are too short, so I buy King Size pillow covers separately to replace them. The other annoying inconsistency I need to point out is that the quality/feeling can be different too. I bought one white King set at Walmart and this one is amazingly silky. But the ivory King set I bought on Amazon is not as silky, it is more comparable to the Egyptian cotton.Interestingly, the 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets do shrink after 2-3 washes (bummer on the Queens Size that are already not large enough to begin with), but the Supima sheets don't seem to shrink at all. I wash normally (warm) and tumble dry at low temperature. The challenge though is washing them. They are heavy. They don't feel heavy on you when you sleep, but they are heavy and they take space in the wash machine. I have to wash the fitted bottom sheet separately because there wouldn't be enough water for everything. Also, the sheets tend to roll on themselves and make a big blob with the King size sets. It seems to be unavoidable, so I have to interrupt the machine several times during the cycle to unroll and reposition the sheet correctly otherwise it won't wash correctly and it causes problems when the machine spins to extract the water. To some extent I actually do have the same problem with the 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. For the Queen size sets I don't really have the problem. But that's a technicality, I would not trade these sheets for anything else so I just willingly choose to endure the tough washing experience :)

Ladies and gentlemen,I am 52 years old and have a firm of lupus that causes my skin to break out in a terrible, painful, itching, burning rash during flare ups. It’s bad. BAD. I cannot sleep on sheets unless they are SOFT … anything a little abrasive will hurt like crazy. Therefore, my husband and I have made peace with spending filthy money for bed linens. Do I wish 300 TC sheets from Walmart would work for me? Yes. Have I tried them? Yes. Have I cried? Oh, yes. This past flare-up has been excruciating, and sleeping has been almost impossible, so I thought maybe I need to try different bed clothes. ( I’ve been using bamboo from Layla) maybe I need to switch back to cotton. Enter these sheets. I read the reviews. There was one that advised against buying these, but it seemed snarky and I thought, maybe they just didn’t like them.. b/c there were MANY MORE positive reviews exclaiming how “soft”, “luxurious”, “ like silk” these were. I AM SO CONFUSED. Guys, I didn’t make it through the first night. And I TRIED to like these sheets. I liked the weight, the color, the packaging… the fact they are nice to the environment, but oh my goodness, it was awful. I washed them, dried them and immediately put them on my bed. They felt fine against my hands, so I was excited. But when I climbed into bed I was shocked. 1200 TC. Twelve Hundred!I’ve paid upwards of 250-300 for 800TC from Dillards and these would not hold a candle to those. WHAT THE HECK is going on, I thought. I got out of bed, took everything off my bed to expose the bottom sheet and ran my hand over the sheet. There was a kind of minuscule-like graininess on them, so I ran my hands over them til that was gone ( maybe the cotton lifted during the drying time?) and hopped back in bed. I laid there. I turned to one side and then the other. What the heck??? How can these sheets be so abrasive?? They are 1200 tc!!! I laid there a little longer, willing myself to stop being a baby and LIKE the sheets. And then it hit me: “ you paid $212 for these bad boys, YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE TO TRY THIS HARD! “But,” myself said to myself, “ maybe after a few washes…” …NO. NO. NO. Not after a few washes! I got up and took the flat sheet of my old bamboo sheet and replaced the new pillow case on my pillow with my old bamboo pillow case and got back into bed ( I couldn’t change the bottom sheet b/c my husband was sleeping and I did not want to wake him. Sooooo much better. So, I immediately logged back on to Amazon and selected “Return” and “ not as described” .These sheets are NOT soft. They are abrasive, and I don’t know, gritty? Pilly? Who knows. I’m sorry sheet makers, but for $212, in this economy, you gotta do better. I immediately logged onto Quince and ordered a new set of bamboo viscose sheets. Bamboo— it’s the only way to go. Unless, maybe these were a one off? I don’t know… I’m too scared to try again… I need to sleep.
