It's definitely form fitting, not flowing, but that's great for yoga. It is very low cut & tight, but I don't mind because I mainly just wear it for yoga or around the house.

I got this for yoga and love it. It fits tight but this is great for workouts. I'm 5'7 and 128 pounds and usually wear a medium. I got this in my size and love it though if you don't want it tight, you might want to size up. Very comfortable.
