It worked sometimes and I was constantly having to stomp my accelerator to slow my engine down. Then it started effecting my transmission shifting. Slamming gears, constantly shifting, fast idle, etc. I won’t buy anymore electronic parts through Amazon. No quality and no durability. I bought a replacement unit from a local parts dealer and I am so happy with it. Smooth transmission shifts, no fast idling, and I can drive with confidence that there’s a little Irishman in just about any town. May cost a little more, but I hate having to redo because of bad parts.

I have a 99 F250 7.3 would not work

I checked carefully the vehicle this would fit. And stated it would fit my 1999 f250 super duty ford 7.3 l truck.Mounting holes line up, but unfortunately the inside center of the sensor that goes over the gas pedal tang, needs to be a female slot. This sensor has two tabs instead of the slot. WILL NOT WORK. Sending back and finding one that meets my requirements
