Heavier than those cheap axes which are almost made of sheet metal. The blade is grounded thin and sharp to cut into target. Well balanced and haven't broke yet.

Got these just for funsies. They actually feel well balanced and quite throwable. The only issue I've encountered is they don't hold an edge worth a darn, but I'd buy em again just to beat around and practice with.

in one month 2 of the three had the axe head come lose from the handle. disappointing and of course a day after the return date.UPDATE: a product is only as good as the seller who backs it up. I and my husband both bought a set of these. Just for fun when we're at the club. I love how light they feel despite the weight noted.The rubber that's at the base of the blade looks like it may need some touching up but are totally worth the fun!!

Not awful but not good either. The curve at the bottom on the handle causes them to be a little more difficult to get a good release if you prefer to hold at the botto on the handle. Durability is suspect as I had one axe break and Ive only theown them on 4 occasions.

I was pleasantly suprised by these. I am usin these for my emergency bag and it fits perfectly. The weight is perfect and size is great. Ive thrown them around quite a bit and they have held up to my abuse. I would purchase them again.
