I've only got a few rides in on this axle, but it seems to be holding up to downhill riding well. I'm not a racer so I can't say if it would be study enough for that type of use, but for general park riding it is very good. Installed easily and didn't have any issue with the allen key fitting or stripping. Fit and finish are on par with the stock Fox axle that came with my bike.
