Box came badly crushed on each side. Instead of being happy when I opened the amazon package, I was sad. The product also isn't a real size Airbus 320 quadrant. Everything from the quadrant to the switches are much smaller size instead. The product description doesn't say miniature replica so I was expecting a proper full size quadrant and switches. Picture is attached to this review.

There is no compatibility information on the item description, yet when my husband found that the equipment wouldn't work with his version of flight sim, the seller refused to issue a full refund. They charged a restocking fee.

The joystick and throttle quadrant was amazing. There were no problems with delivery and everything went very smoothly. Setting it up was a breeze and the only thing I needed to map was reverse thrust. I see that there are not a lot of reviews and I am just noticing but it is not that bad. I've used it for the past month and there have been no problems. The only setup you do is connecting the flaps and spoilers to the main quadrant. The joystick and throttle work well in Microsoft Flight Simulator. I also tried in the X-Plane 11 demo and the throttle and rudder needed some calibrating (I use the twist rudder) but that took me less than 15 minutes to calibrate and I flew perfectly. The throttle and joystick are a good size and it is also really nice that the joystick is left-handed, as it gives a taste of what a real airliner feels like. The joystick and throttle are both made of plastic but it honestly doesn't feel half bad. I have some experience in flight simming as I have around 100 hours in Flight Sim 2020 and I think I'll keep this joystick for a while as it is really good. It is a huge upgrade from my old T-Flight Hotas One (which was pretty bad) and I am overall very happy with this product. I would recommend it to anyone serious about simming, but not too serious. If you have the money and want something more maybe the Honeycomb yoke and the Logitech rudder with some throttle of your liking would be something for you. But this is great for simming on a budget and it is a bang for the buck.

The Joystick works very well. The Throttle not so much. It is very sensitive, you push it a little and the engine goes to 40%N1. The flaps spoiler, and all the other buttons work well.

Throttle tension too low and not correctible. Came delivered with tension nut fully tightened to point where further tensioning will break it. Thought this issue was uncommon enough that I would be fine... but never expected it to be faulty out of the box. At this price point that level of QA is unacceptable.

Not excellent but good enough for satisfy with price. Reverse thrust system is ok. Spoiler arm no punction, and auto brake system switch looks different and useless. Think price, and this quality, good choice.
