I am surprised other reviews have not mentioned the issue I have, the rubbing of the inner thumb area. It improves with the supplied sleeve, but I find it a big issue and limits my use. It is great at immobilizing the thumb, and not the whole hans like other products, but the rigid frame rubs my hands badly in the inner area and makes it a tough use. This product is so close to perfect, but for me it has issues. It needs a different material in the inner thumb .

Great pain relief fit and support. I am a pharmacist and I twist open bottles all day. The brace is comfortable to wear all day the sleeve and extra straps were an added bonus.

This thumb brace has really helped with my pain! Happy that it has the glove for under the brace, is easy to apply, and is adjustable.

I accidentally ordered the medium (meant to order the small) but figured I'd still give it a try. It's a little big on me (understandably) but I think it will still meet my needs. I have arthritis in my thumb and it seems to help immobilize my thumb exactly where I need it without restricting complete use of my thumb. The plastic between my thumb and pointer finger rubs a little, but the sleeve that was included helps immensely. It too is a little big (again, understandable since I ordered the wrong size) but I can sew it to better fit my hand. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product.

This really helped my thumb pain from being on my phone and holding my baby. It provided stabilization to heal both while using my thumb and resting it. My pain has lessened. It is comfortable and sturdy.

Great brace! Fits comfortable and I'm still able to put a latex glove over it for work. It has greatly reduced the pain in my thumb.

This product was game changer for me. I was in pain for months and tried several other braces. This provided the support and protection for lower palm area. I can also wear it all day no problem.
